Students have to get registered in each term with the subjects they are to sit for during examinations. They can do self registration once they log into the system or their class teachers can do so on their behalf.
Students view their results for a specific academic year, term and class provided they registered in that term and sat for the examinations once they login into the system by selecting the correct academic year, class and term of which they want to view the results. They can also download the results as pdf for their own records.

The Admin controls all the operations of the Results Management System. This includes System settings, teacher and students registration and downloading examinations reports among others.
The teachers on the other hand registers students, uploads students results and can also check students results.
