Selection into the School 
The school being a Grant-aided, selection to the school is done in three ways.
Firstly it is through the Governments main selection system through MANEB for those who have sat for Standard 8 PSLCE. Government sends 48 students from all over Malawi who enrol in Form 1 at the school.
The second way is through Standard 8 Examinations conducted by the Karonga Diocese in all its Parishes. The diocese only selects 12 students to stard form 1 at the school.
The last route to Kaseye Girls is through applications to the Education Desk Officer for Karonga Diocese. This route provide chance for students to be enroled in any class. This route however is only applicable in situations where students selected through methods 1 and 2 have not reported or in such a situation where students have transferred to other school. It should be noted however that submitting your application does not guarantee that you will find space at the school.

Body of Prefects As a way of ensuring that there is communication, coordination and cooperation in the school between students and the administration and teachers at large, there is a team of prefects who act as a bridge to facilitate this. In the same way to maintain peace and order in among the students, the prefects are there to make sure that this happens. These prefects are also assisted by house mothers who are specifically responsible for hostel issues.
The team of prefects is headed by the Head girl who has her deputy. There are 23 prefects in total from different departments like; Sports, Library, Health, Sanitation, Boarding and Dinning. This team of prefects is patronised by the Deputy Headteacher.
Currently the Headgirls are Mercy Botha and Monalisa Zondola.

Examinations and Results 
The school adopted the electronic system of analysing and processing of the results. To check your results if you are a student, please login to the sytem.
For parents, we recommend you providing the school with your email address or whatsApp phone number(s) so that you easily and quickly receive the results for your ward. to submit these details, just send as a message. When contacting us dont forget to mention the name of your ward and class in which she is.

Extra-curricular Activities 
The school has a number of extra-curricular activities which are aimed at helping students to be physically fit, mentally balanced, religiously and morally upright and provide students with a relaxing environment after hustling with books.
Some of these activities include Sports like netball, football and vollyball just to mention a few, Clubs and Societies like Mathematics and Science club, GHistory Club, French Club and Writers Club.
In addition to these, the school also has Young Catholic Students (YCS) and Students Christian Organisation of Malawi (SCOM) which are religious societies that provide spiritual growth to our students. By default all students are to be members of one of these organisations.

ICT CLUB The school has a number of clubs which are aimed at helping students to be creative,great thinkers and morally upright and provide students with a relaxing environment after hustling with books.
Some of the clubs include : ICT Candubs for example ICT CLUB just to mention a few, Clubs and Societies like Mathematics and Science club, GHistory Club, French Club and Writers Club.
